On a daily basis, Verrini distributes all types of fishery products to the restaurants of the Riviera Ligure di Levante and the Riviera Ligure di Ponente coastlines, and the French Riviera including the Principality of Monaco, as well as Versilia and hinterland regions (Piedmont, the Aosta Valley, Lombardy).

In order to meet the needs of individual caterers, Verrini’s distribution organisation enables management of extremely variegated orders (in terms of quantities and typologies). Supplies include pre-processed products for cooking specific dishes.

Verrini products are prepared overnight and are delivered in the early morning in salted ice to ensure absolute freshness.
